We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team based in Kelvedon. Responsibilities

· Answering Incoming calls

· Assisting in client queries

· Liaising with suppliers

· Processing new business applications

· Processing payments

· Chasing overdue debt

· Reconciling supplier invoices

· Daily bank reconciliation

· Invoicing

Skills required

* Accuracy and excellent attention to detail

* Proven experience in a similar role

* Sage 50 Desirable

* Microsoft Office package

Additional Information

* Excellent working environment with newly refurbished offices

* Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm

* £25,000 - £28,000pm DOE

* Free on-site parking (own transport is preferred due to the location of the role)
