Panel Technician
Location: Coalville (Site-based)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: 35-40k
About the Role
We are expanding our state-of-the-art vehicle refurbishment centre and are looking for a Panel Technician to join our vehicle reconditioning team in Coalville, Leicestershire.
As a Panel Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, priming, and preparing panels to the highest reconditioning standards. Using state-of-the-art equipment and products, you will ensure vehicles are restored to their best condition before moving on to the paint process.
What You'll Be Doing:

Repairing and preparing panels for refinishing, ensuring top-quality results.

Applying primer and surface treatments to maintain high standards.

Working with dent pulling equipment (desirable but not essential).

Using accident repair techniques to restore vehicle bodywork.

Collaborating with the cosmetic team leads to meet reconditioning goals.

Ensuring all work meets quality and performance standards.
About You
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Panel Technician with a passion for vehicle restoration. You should be confident in using the latest repair techniques and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ Full UK manual driving licence
✔ Panel preparation experience
✔ Primer application experience
✔ Accident repair experience
✔ Experience using dent pulling equipment (desirable but not essential)
