Our client, based in London, is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with up to 3 days of remote working, and offers a clear path for career progression.Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning Support: Provide essential support to the financial advisors in the development and implementation of financial plans for clients.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial products and market trends to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for client recommendations.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare detailed and comprehensive financial planning reports, ensuring clarity and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to gather necessary information and address queries related to financial plans.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring all activities align with the relevant guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paraplanner within the financial services sector.
  • Qualifications: You should hold your Diploma in Financial Planning and ideally be working towards Chartered status.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using financial planning software and tools. Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Team Player: Collaborative approach to working within a team environment.
  • Career Aspiration: Willingness to commit to the role of Paraplanner for up to 4 years with the opportunity for progression into advisory roles thereafter.
