Client Relationship Assistant / Swanley / Permanent / Up to £27,000
 
Our client a leader in the UK property market is recruiting for a Client Relationship Assistant on a permanent basis this is a full-time role based in their offices in Swanley. You will provide efficient administration support to ensure the smooth delivery of jobs for their national clients. The role requires excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
 
Duties will include:

Liaising with clients and teams internally via telephone and email
Updating internal database
Quality checking of reports
Booking or assignment of appointments
Data entry
Problem solving and providing solutions for clients 
Essential Skills:

Previous experience in a customer service
IT proficient in MS package
Organised with scheduling and coordinating
Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
Process orientated
Excellent communication skills - a relationship builder
