Senior Design Manager - London

My client is seeking a Design Manager to be based in London. The organisation is main contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes up to £50million in value across multiple sectors.

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (DOE)

Design Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the design process from conception to completion
Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and goals
Review and provide feedback on design concepts, drawings, and specifications
Oversee the preparation and submission of design documents and construction drawing
Undertake site visits as requiredThe ideal candidate will have experience working on large residential and commercial schemes.
