Job Title: Fabrications Manager
Location: Gloucester
Salary: £20 - £21 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fabrications Manager to join our team in Gloucester. In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our production facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processes while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Manager in the day-to-day production of pressings and panels
Oversee and control welding processes, including laser, TIG, and MIG welding
Support the management and control of goods in and out of the facility
Drive operational efficiencies across the production process
Ensure quality control standards are consistently met
Assist with the processing and documentation of paperwork
Help manage stock levels and assist with inventory control
Identify opportunities for growth and improvements within production operations
Support the maintenance and servicing of machinery to ensure optimal performance
Skills & Experience:

Strong knowledge of welding techniques (Laser, TIG, MIG)
Experience in production management or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team
Familiarity with stock management and process improvements
