We are currently recruiting for our brand new client based in Stanmore. They are looking for an Accounts professional to work alongside the Financial Director in the accounts department.

This is working 3 full days, 9am until 5pm. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bookkeeping and be proficient in using QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records.

Part time Finance Assistant duties:

• Process invoices and payments promptly
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and budgeting activities
• Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.
