Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, ensuring effective performance and adherence to high standards
Plan and allocate work schedules, taking into account client requirements and staff availability
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional cleaning standards
Train new and existing staff on best practices, cleaning techniques, and safety procedures
Manage stock levels, cleaning supplies, and equipment maintenance
Handle client queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
Monitor and report any health and safety concerns or issuesEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor or similar role
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and staff
Solid understanding of cleaning processes, products, and equipment
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
