We're looking for an experienced Civils Supervisor to start on a long term project in West London

Essential:

* Full Uk driving License

* SSSTS, SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid

Preffered:

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects in construction

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Position Overview:

* We are seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage subcontractors involved in various civil projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications

* Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans.

* Monitor and enforce all safety standards and regulations.

* Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues

* Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

* report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
