Shift Building Maintenance Mechanical Engineer

Shift Building Maintenance Mechanical Engineer is required to join an FM Services Providers established commercial maintenance team at their flagship building based on Bishopsgate, London

Candidates must have City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, as well as a proven track record in commercial building maintenance

Duties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance to all mechanical plant including Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings, Air Conditioning, Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit Water Treatment, Plumbing

You will also assist with lighting, bms checks, riser inspections and general maintenance duties, making safe, general paperwork and escorting sub-contractors.

Hours are 7-7 nights and days 4 on / 4 off.

Salary is up to 49,000 p/a. With company benefits and OT is available
