Senior Associate - Corporate

Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join their Corporate team in Leeds. As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and complex transactions, advising corporations and institutions of all sizes. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, private equity, and reorganisations.
• Collaborate with clients to provide excellent client care, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality legal advice.
• Actively contribute to business development activities, both internally and externally, to expand the organisation's reach and reputation.
• Develop close working relationships with colleagues across different practice groups, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues where necessary.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of PQE within a Corporate practice group.
• Strong transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a willingness to participate in continuous professional development.
