Location: Bond Street, London
Employment Type: Full-Time, 9am-6pm Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)

We are seeking a Temporary Events Administrator to support our team while our Events Manager is on maternity leave. You will assist in planning and delivering events, ranging from small in-store gatherings to larger occasions like the Chelsea Flower Show.

Responsibilities:

* Organise in-store events, dinners, and lunches.

* Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.

* Liaise with suppliers.

* Assist with PR and large-scale events.

* Provide on-site event support.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in event coordination.

* Strong organisational and communication skills.

* Flexible for occasional weekend or evening events.

* Team player with attention to detail.

Start Date: This role begins in one month, with the potential to become permanent based on performance
