We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the build of large commercial units on an active MOD base in Tewkesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term scheme with a Tier 1 main contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the delivery of large-scale commercial new builds on a secure MOD site

*

Manage subcontractors, site teams, logistics and health & safety

*

Ensure the project is delivered to programme, specification and quality standards

*

Liaise with MOD personnel and ensure full compliance with site protocols

Requirements:

*

Proven experience managing commercial build projects

*

Previous experience working on MOD or other secure/government sites

*

Willingness and ability to go through MOD clearance (must have relevant documentation)

*

SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid - all essential

*

Tier 1 contractor experience preferred

*

Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
