The Role
Can you build strong connections that drive growth? Can you develop strategies that increase business and community impact? If so, Hoot Credit Union is seeking a Business and Community Development Manager to join their team.
In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and strengthening our connection with the community. You'll work closely with our Chief Executive to identify new opportunities, develop partnerships, and implement strategies that expand our membership and enhance our services.
Some evening and weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead proactive approaches to new business generation by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and community organisations.
* Promote the benefits of payroll deduction schemes and encourage payroll savings.
* Enhance the credit union's profile through events, partnerships, and community activities.
