Showroom Manager - Luxury Interiors
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £35,000 PA + OTE £55,000 PA

Monday - Saturday (5 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead with Vision: Oversee the daily operations of a stunning luxury showroom, ensuring the space is immaculately presented and customer experiences are unforgettable.

* Drive Performance: Motivate, coach, and manage a talented sales team, driving them to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

* Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with discerning clients, offering expert consultation on high-end interior products and bespoke solutions.

* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to implement innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities to further grow revenue.

* Project Oversight: Manage the design consultation process from initial client enquiry through to project completion, ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer journey.

* Operational Excellence: Handle the day-to-day responsibilities of showroom upkeep, product displays, and stock management while maintaining a deep understanding of luxury product offerings.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven Experience: You've successfully managed a showroom in the luxury interiors, high-end furniture, or premium home ware sectors and have a strong track record of driving sales and managing high-performing teams.
