The Staffing Network is a labour provider across the UK and we are working in a partnership with a market leading company who are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Administrator.
Shift: Day shift 4 On 4 Off
Hours: 06:00-18:00
Pay Rate: £12.00
Role:
This is a full-time Temp to Perm on-site role for a Warehouse Logistic Administrator responsible for stock control, inventory control, communication, customer service, and inventory management on a day-to-day basis. Working in the warehouse dealing with incoming and outgoing loads and drivers. Fast paced must be computer literate and have communication skills.
Resposnibilties:
* Managing stock levels using IT systems and digital devices
* Verifying and meeting established deadlines through management, product fulfilment, shipping and transportation cycle.
* Monitoring quality control and keeping warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
* Performs various duties such as filing documents, tracking orders, liaising and working with clients and suppliers, and entering data into specialized software.
* Manages and overseeing administrative processes as instructed by the supervisor.
* Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
Skills:
* Ideally used to a fast paced warehouse/stores environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in IT with a willingness to learn new systems.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and maintain punctuality.
* Stock Control and Inventory Control skills.
* Strong communication and customer service abilities.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
* Problem-solving skills.
