Senior Project Engineer - Work on Challenging & Interesting Projects for a Global Organisation

A well-established global organisation who are looking to engage with a highly experienced Project Engineer to join their team, based at the clients manufacturing facility in Cheshire.

The company offer a range of bespoke solutions and supply products to a variety of sectors including, commercial, education, healthcare, construction and leisure.

You will play a key role in the delivery of client's portfolio of projects ranging in size and value. Responsible for the financial and technical delivery of all allocated engineering project activities on time, in full and on budget.

Responsibilities include;

Ensure effective management of key stakeholders, project budget, key resources, and achievement of project deliverables from concept to handover.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop budgets and track expenditures in all cost areas of projects.
Expert manager of external contractors.
Conduct feasibility studies and spot opportunities for return seeking projects.
Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met from concept to handover.
Implement and deliver project administrative products including but not limited to; project charter, budget tracker, scope of works, issue log, GANTT chart, commissioning schedules.
Ensure effective health and safety management throughout the project lifecycle.Do you have the following skills and experience?

Engineering Degree or Equivalent
Chartered Engineer (CEng) with a relevant professional institution e.g. IET, IMechE.
EHS related certification - IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH.
Project Management certification e.g. Prince 2, APMP.
10+ years delivering multiple capex initiatives with a minimum value of £5m.
