The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking a regional manager on behalf of a leading sofa and furniture retailer. Base salary £45K/50K (DOE), commission & bonus package, realistic £75-100K OTE (uncapped), plus company car, laptop & phone.

Brief job description:

My client is a reputable UK brand selling high quality sofas and furniture.

Responsible for a group of 'big ticket' retail stores, you will lead, inspire, motivate, and coach high performing store teams, ensuring all stores achieve sales targets, growth objectives and KPI's. You will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of these stores, including staff/ rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews, by providing strong and effective leadership.

You will have experience of managing multiple locations and preferably have furniture experience.

My client is open 7-days a week, so the working pattern will be 5 days over 7 with some weekend work necessary.
