We are looking for a rising star for a client of ours based in Brighton as a Customer Success Manager. Our client is a hugely successful and growing business looking to bring in some top talent to bolster the Sales department and ensure the Customer Success and journey is outstanding.

Here's what you'll be doing in a nutshell:

You'll play a vital role in the entire customer journey, making sure the experience is positive with both our products and services.
You'll support the sales team throughout and work in tandem with them reporting into the Sales Director.
You will manage the customer quotes and orders passed form the sales team, the customer onboarding and the CRM management as well as other operational tasks.

Salary is between £23-25k basic with a £10k bonus on top if you perform well.
