Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a high-quality sportswear business to recruit them a Graphic Designer. The brand specialises in custom-designed sportswear for various teams, ranging from grassroots clubs to professional organisations. Our client is well-regarded for its bespoke apparel solutions, catering to sports such as rugby, football, and athletics.

Duties of a Graphic Designer:

• Design visually compelling graphics for product lines, marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms.
• Create unique, brand-consistent designs for clothing within the sporting industry.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends in the sportswear industry and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Design and produce eye-catching graphics for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more, that reflect our brand’s active and dynamic lifestyle.
• Develop and manage digital content, such as motion graphics, infographics, video clips and ads that showcase our products and drive brand awareness.

Requirements of a Graphic Designer:

• A strong creative / graphic design background is required
• Experience designing for clothing designs is preferred
• An excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience managing social media accounts would be desirable
• A high attention to detail is essential
• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines. 
• Generate creative design concepts and present for review and feedback
• Creation of designs from both product templates and brand new product ranges
