Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is delighted to be working with a reputable company based in Colchester Essex. We are recruiting for a HR Advisor position who must be competent in all ER areas and able to support Managers with any HR queries that arise.

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all HR Policies and procedures are kept up to date, to amend or improve where necessary
• Support the HR Business Partner
• To deliver high quality and responsive advice and guidance for all managers and employees across the organisation
• Analyse data to identify treads and solutions
• Create, develop, and facilitate training courses
• Handling ER matters on all levels
• Carry out management visits and provide HR support where required

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership and diplomacy abilities
• CIPD or similar professional qualification
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of employment law and all HR relations
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong background in handling complex employee relations issues and maintaining a positive workplace culture
• Flexibility and adaptability
