Are you someone with a good eye for detail who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to be part of a friendly, family-run business? Our client, based West of Lincoln City Centre is looking for an Industrial Seamstress to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. If you have experience, that's great! If not, they're happy to train someone with the right attitude, and a bit technically savvy.

What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll use industrial sewing machines to create high-quality pieces that meet clients' expectations. Occasionally, you'll help with order packing to keep things moving smoothly. A little technical know-how will be advantageous, as some tasks involve machine setting and adjustments.

Who We're Looking For:
Previous experience is a plus, but we're more focused on finding someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
