A well-established M&E contractor specialising in commercial, healthcare, education, and residential projects across the UK is seeking Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a £35mil Commercial Shell & Core Project located in the City Of London. 

This company has cemented its status as a leading competitor in the building services market and is one of the industry's largest independent contractors.

You would benefit from a large project team and have lots of support both upstream and downstream. This is something the company prides itself on.

Responibilites:

Lead the project ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Oversee and mentor Project Managers, reviewing reports and progress.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor schedules.
Identify risks, ensure safety, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Manage budgets, approve variations, and oversee cost control.
Maintain strong relationships and lead high-level meetings.
