Job Title: Facilities Manager

Salary: £55,000 + Travel / Car Allowance

Location: Mobile role - Covering multiple residential sites and a large local authority portfolio across the city

About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, including local commerical contract's and various residential sites. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a portfolio of contracts across the city while working closely with a well-established team of engineers. This is a brand new position that has become available within the business, and there will be a comprehensive handover to ensure a smooth transfer of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the management of multiple facilities contracts, including residential sites and a significant local authority portfolio.

* Act as the main point of contact for clients, attending meetings and conducting site visits to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

* Manage a well-established team of engineers and ensure operational performance across all contracts.

* Work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the smooth running of services and contracts.

* Ensure all contracts are delivered to a high standard and within budget.

* Manage client relationships, ensuring all service level agreements and compliance standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience: Ideally, you will have experience as a Contract Manager, although experienced Facilities Managers with strong client-facing skills are also encouraged to apply.

* Client-Facing: You must be confident in managing client relationships, attending meetings, and conducting site visits.

* Technical Knowledge: While technical expertise is not essential, any additional technical knowledge would be beneficial.

* Team Player: You'll be working alongside a dedicated team of engineers, so the ability to lead and collaborate is key.

* Mobile Role: You will be required to travel between various sites across the city, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are necessary.
