Leader Education are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (TA) to work at Primary School based in Hebburn. The ideal Level 3 TA will have a relevant level 3 qualification, and experience inworking in a relatable role/field and experience working 1:1 with SEND children. The school caters for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) through to Key Stage two (KS2).
The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3.30pm and is a long-term position.
The successful candidate will have:
- An enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
- Previous experience working in a similar role within an educational setting.
- A Level 3 qualification.
- Experience with SEND is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge of relevant educational policies and procedures.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the school.
