About The Company:Days of Working: Monday to FridayWe have a vacancy for Line Clearance Supervisor to join our team to work on this long standing and well established major national utility vegetation management contract.Reporting directly to the Line Clearance Manager (LCM) you will be responsible for establishing and arranging work within a geographical area.

Main Duties:
- Evaluate and consent work in your geographical area,
- Make sure your team or subcontractors are equipped and ready to work
- Planning your work through to completion, working closely with your manager on forecasted work volumes, costs, and challenges to ensure planned output is met.
- Ensure that work specifications and method statements are fully completed and the selected team to carry out the work are trained and compliant for the tasks.
- During work planning, you will ensure operational procedures, safe working methods and best environmental practices are followed according to customer requirements and compliance procedures.
- Ensure all documentation required to carry out work in a compliant manner is available to the work team
- Provide regular updates to your manager
- Assist in the auditing of all completed work
- Take opportunities to develop customer relationships that may have future benefits.
- Support your manager in closing out audit actions according to timescales.
- Make recommendations on improvement or efficiencies.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Computer literacy
- Experienced UA5 qualified or equivalent level training (includes Lantra Transmission Surveyor)
- Credible track record in Utility Arboriculture
