We are looking for a Mixologist to delight our guest with amazing service all day every day.

What we are looking for:

You are a true people's person, with passion to delight our guest with amazing service and drinks
Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or restaurant is essential
Knowledgeable about cocktail, wine, and drinks
Computer literate & excellent knowledge of Opera, Symphony and MICROS is an asset.
A hands-on professional with a natural ability to motivate, train and inspire team members
A passion for beverages and bespoke drinks along with a a desire to learn and progress
WSET - Level 2 Certificate is desirable
Duties & Responsibilities:

Create a wide range of cocktails, both classic and original, using a variety of ingredients and techniques
Prepare and serve other beverages, such as beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to customer preferences
