Job Title: Regional Manager

Salary:£35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Location: Wrencote House, 123 High Street, Croydon CR0 0XJ

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with 1-hour unpaid break, with availability on weekends )

Contract Type: Full Time

The role

The role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of all portfolio properties, proactively identifying and addressing challenges, and providing effective solutions. The Regional Manager will also focus on identifying opportunities to expand Caridon's business within their portfolio and nurturing existing business relationships.

Additionally, the role includes assisting in developing new business streams to secure contracts, build partnerships, and generate revenue-particularly through collaboration with the Head of Housing Operations and local councils. Regular performance reporting and updates to Head Office will also be a critical aspect of this role.
