We are excited to work alongside with a thriving secondary school seeking a dedicated and versatile English Teacher to join them, starting January 2025. This full-time position offers the opportunity to inspire students in English while also teaching Drama as a secondary subject.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will:

Deliver high-quality English lessons to students aged 11-16 (KS3 and KS4).
Plan and teach engaging Drama lessons, encouraging creativity and confidence.
Use a range of teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and styles.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school environment.
Contribute to extracurricular activities and school-wide initiatives.Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching English at the secondary level.
Is confident teaching Drama or has a keen interest in developing this skill.
Possesses excellent communication and classroom management skills.
