Duties and Responsibilities of the Food Technician:

* Supporting students directly during lessons or delivering demonstrations

* Organising equipment and keeping stock of equipment, consumables and ingredients

* Procurement of, setting up and maintaining a wide range of equipment

* Supervising children during lessons and providing practical demonstrations

* Supporting the needs of the teaching staff within the DT/Food Department
