Our client is recruiting for a planner to oversee the flow of material from stores through to production and shipping. The main purpose of the role is to address or escalate any issues to ensure that shipping dates are met.

Duties to Include:

* Oversee the flow of material from stores through to production and shipping

* Generating production plans

* Attending daily production meetings

* Analysing KPI reports

* Working with ERP systems

Experience/Skills Required:

* Previous planning, inventory control or supply chain experience

* Strong analytical skills

* Ability to handle large Excel spreadsheets

* Detail orientated

* Willingness to become a super user of ERP systems

Hours of Work

37.50 hours per week - working on a rota basis. Early shift: 7.30 - 15.30 (with 30 min lunch) or 7.30 - 16.00 (with 60 min lunch) Late Shift: 10.00 - 18.00 (30 mins lunch) or 9.30 - 18.00 (60 mins lunch) Fridays option to use early (until 16.00) or late shift pattern
