Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm (45 minute lunch break each day)

Salary: up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience

Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays (holiday entitlement would increase up to 26 days in your first 3 years of service), Christmas bonus, office get togethers and free eye test scheme.

We are looking for a confident and commercially minded Buyer to join a busy Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end procurement - sourcing quality suppliers, negotiating the best terms, and ensuring stock levels support business demand without waste. Job Duties:

* Sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to meet cost, quality, and reliability standards

* Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules

* Raising and processing POs, managing inventory levels, and driving cost savings

* Staying ahead of market trends and ensuring procurement is aligned with business needs

* Collaborating across departments and solving supply issues before they become problems

What we are looking for:

* CIPS qualified or working towards

* Proven experience in a Buyer or Procurement role

* Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen

* Confident working with suppliers and internal stakeholders

* Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment

* A team player who takes ownership and drives results
