Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £28,000

40 hours per week

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play an essential role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 in a vibrant nursery setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• In-depth understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its application
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a team
• A genuine passion for nurturing and supporting the development of young children
• Understanding of safeguarding policies and a commitment to keeping children safe
• Previous experience in a nursery setting is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of children
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of all children
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, ensuring their individual needs are met
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress and share regular updates with parents and carers
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child is encouraged to thrive
• Ensure all safeguarding policies and procedures are followed, prioritizing the safety of children at all times
• Support the development of a stimulating learning environment with creative resources and activities
• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
