Key Responsibilities:

Act as a point of escalation for the service desk ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner adhering to SLA's.
Acting SME for the business with a focus on the Cloud (M365/Azure).
Take ownership and lead from the front to deliver IT Projects.
Support in the design of solutions and with Pre-Sales when required.
Help support the technical development of junior engineers.
Keep up to date with the latest technologies/trends to recommend new products/software to better the efficiency and overall offering within the practice.

The business will fund training and exams in aid of achieving industry recognised certifications (with an ideal focus on MS-900, AZ-900 & AZ-104 etc..)
