Are you an experienced supervisor with a strong background in fire compliance?

We are seeking a Fire Compliance Site Supervisor to oversee critical projects in the Brandon, Suffolk area.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with fire safety regulations.

* Oversee adherence to health and safety protocols by operatives on-site.

* Monitor and maintain high standards of safety and quality across all locations.

* Travel between sites daily based on instructions provided by the Fire Department Manager, which may vary weekly or daily.

* Act as the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with team members and management.

Person specification:

* Experience on the tools as a fire door fitter and fire stopping with knowledge of fire door regulations

* Experience/knowledge of fire door surveying highly desirable

* Accreditation/knowledge of third-party certification such as FIRAS and/or BM TRADA

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* Asbestos Awareness certification

* IT competent as you will be required to use an iPad and/or laptop to perform compliance checks and reporting to Fire department Contracts Manager and Lead Fire surveyor of any issues found onsite

* Good communication skills, polite, and approachable

* Able to follow direction and use your initiation to make quick decisions on-site within the parameters of the Site Supervisor role

* Hand tools and a minimum of drill/driver for small snags/customer care calls on occasion

* Full, clean UK driving licence
