We are looking for a dedicated Part Time Administrator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing customer invoices, and handling various tasks using a SAGE-based system
This role is perfect for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent administrative skills, and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Day-to-day of the role: - Process supplier invoices and raise customer invoices.
- Log and bank incoming customer cheques as required.
- Create reports using SAGE and Excel as needed.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post.
- Obtain sales prices from the relevant advisor when information is missing from the system.
- Query supplier/sales prices with the relevant supplier or advisor.
- Keep Google Drive up to date with supplier price lists.
- Assist the Business Coordinator with ad-hoc tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in Word & Excel.
- Experience in general administration or working in a busy office environment.
- Strong administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy skills.
- Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable.
The successful candidate will:

- Have the ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Be helpful with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be organised and able to prioritise workload.
