With growing demand for our MOT/servicing/repair services we need both an experienced Technician and an MOT tester. If you are both a Tech/Tester, we are interested.

An exciting branch manager opportunity has become open with one of our clients at their Tunbridge branch. The ideal the candidate must have prior experience in running a workshop as well as staff, parts and returns management. Our client is an independent family run garage business carrying out MOTs, servicing, diagnostic and repair work on all makes of cars and vans, operating across the Southeast. Good staff wellbeing is very important to our client, which is why they offer many benefits in addition to an upper tier salary package.

Salary expectations:
* Salary: £40k to £45k per year*
* Bonus Scheme: £15k per year
* On Target Earnings: £55k to £60k per year
* includes 26 Saturdays per year

Site maintenance and up its keep
Customer care
Job card creation
Invoicing
Parts ordering and returns
Cashing up
Banking
Staff management
Time management
Liaise with Head Office
