My client are a leading specialist property developer who undertake property conversions that are complex and bespoke.

The site is a Conversion of Grade 2 listed buildings into stunning luxury accommodation, a mix of houses and spacious apartments that will be full of character. Th development will also include new build houses ranging from 2-5 bed with private gardens along with landscaped courtyard and outdoor space including cycling and walking routes all within walking distance of local amenities.

Duties & responsibilities for the Site Manager

Supervise and co-ordinate site staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build to the required build quality and build programme.
Ensure that production targets are met whilst producing the highest quality of product and ensuring cost
