A mix of face to face and telephone interaction with clients

• Responsible for undertaking reviews of existing policies for their clients. These will predominantly be commercial policies, but will also include farm, home, motor, and equine. Reviews will be a mix of face to face and over the phone.
• Cross selling the full range of products available, including financial services and risk management services
• Effectively manage your time to balance client reviews, pre and post review work and any other responsibilities
• Maintain and constantly develop knowledge of products and services and keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge

Person Specification

• Able to demonstrate the drive, energy, and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to their valued clients
• A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual
• Someone who show initiative and has a 'can do’ attitude
• Good interpersonal skills, communication skills & relationship building abilities
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Be comfortable working in a regulated environment

Qualifications

• Good level of education including a minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C including Maths and English
• Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word and Excel
• A full UK driving license is required
• Previous insurance experience
