Our client is seeking a Sales Representative - Industrial Sale to actively market the basket of our client's products to the Industrial sector, with the purpose of increasing market share, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Sales & Business Growth: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Acquisition: Follow up on leads within 24 hours and develop new business opportunities.
Technical Consultation: Match the right adhesives to various textures (wood, plastic, paper, carton, boards) based on customer needs.
Product & Industry Knowledge: Work closely with the lab to provide clients with the best adhesive solutions, competing directly with industry rivals.
Account Management: Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, provide product training, and manage stock levels.
Debt Collection & Admin: Assist with collections, customer queries, and ensure accurate reporting.
Compliance & Operations: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, stock management, and distribution.
