Tax Manager - CTA. Based in Broxbourne, Herts my client has a new requirement for an CTA Tax Manager. Please note this role is 100% office based and offers no work from home but it is on an 35 hour working week!
You must have/be:
* CTA Qualified or part way through
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
* Knowledge of tax law and regulations.
Role includes:
* Personal Tax Compliance & Advisory Services: Provide comprehensive personal tax compliance and advisory services, effectively managing a diverse portfolio of individual clients.
* Corporation Tax Service: Assist Accountants with drafting corporation tax return and provide advice regarding capital allowances, R&D claims and other matters.
* Support to Directors: Assist the Directors in delivering expert advice on UK income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, corporation tax, VAT and matters of residence and domicile.
* Client Planning & Advisory: Identify and advise on strategic planning opportunities for clients, particularly during tax return reviews and other relevant communications.
* Work-In-Progress (WIP) Management: Manage WIP effectively, including setting and meeting client expectations, ensuring recoverability, proposing fees, invoicing, and timely cash collection.
* Risk Management: Demonstrate strong risk management skills, particularly in client acceptance and engagement processes.
