Foot Mobile Engineer

My client is a leading FM and Maintenance provider, due to an expansion of contracts they are currently seeking foot mobile engineers, You will have an electrical or mechanical qualification with a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Sector: Commercial Offices

Duties will include looking after a number of commercial buildings within a client's portfolio. This will all be planned and reactive maintenance on lighting, emergency lighting, power, fault finding, sockets, data points, floor boxes, isolating, plant checks, AHU, fan coil and general day to day maintenance, escorting sub-contractors and working with the client.

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday.

Salary is up to 47K, with overtime and company benefits.
