Senior Estimator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to join an established main contractor in Southampton. The business has various regional offices and as a group turns over circa £180mil undertaking projects across the commercial, education, healthcare and heritage sectors. They work across both the public and private sectors and price single and increasingly more two-stage tenders and tender competitively and on negotiated schemes.

They're now looking to bring an additional Estimator into the pre-construction team on the South Coast. As Estimator, you will be managing your own tender from initial conception, working alongside Surveyors, Bid Managers and Project Managers to collate tenders which are not only competitively priced but align with the clients needs. You will be reporting into the Pre-Construction Manager and will ideally have experience working with ConQuest.

In return, they're offering a salary of up to £80k + Package (dependent on experience) and the opportunity to join a business in a strong cash position with ample progression opportunity should you wish to pursuit it.
