About You

Passion for food.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experienced in running a kitchen.
Menu designing and planning.
Experience managing inventory and procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
Able to develop and monitor budgets.
Able to oversee all food and beverage operations.
Recruit, train and develop a team.
Conduct regular performance reviews.
Budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of inventory management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and
