The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, fostering a love for literature and language, and supporting students to achieve their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
• Support the school's ethos and values.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Enhanced DBS
• A degree in English or a related subject.
• Experience teaching English at secondary level.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
