About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Qualified Primary School Teacher on behalf of our client, a well-regarded primary school located in [Location]. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive school environment, where you will be expected to deliver high-quality teaching across the primary age groups. The position is set to commence in January 2025, with the teacher expected to work 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.
Plan and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils.
Work closely with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and foster a team-oriented approach to teaching.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to ensure student progress is tracked and shared effectively.
Provide support for students with additional learning needs where necessary.Key Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE, BA in Education, etc.).
Proven experience as a primary school teacher, ideally within Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
Strong understanding of the national curriculum and current educational best practices.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to plan, assess, and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge students.
A proactive, flexible, and professional approach to teaching.
An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.Desirable:

Specialism in a particular subject area (e.g., literacy, mathematics, science).
Experience with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
