Your Responsibilities:

* Project Leadership: Lead and manage mechanical and public health (Mech & PH) projects from conception to completion.

* Technical Expertise: Provide high-level technical support and guidance on complex engineering issues.

* Design and Development: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and solutions.

* Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.

* Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and educational environment.

* Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

* Resource Management: Manage project resources effectively, including budgets, timelines, and personnel.

* Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating new technologies and methodologies into projects.

* Documentation: Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, specifications, and documentation.

* Coordination: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.

Ideal Candidate:

* Experience: At least 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on Commercial, Residential and Education projects.

* Education: Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

* Professional Registration: Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or working towards it.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools.

* Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams.

* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.

* Client-Focused: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

* Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to mentor and support junior team members.

* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work environments.

* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest quality of work.
