Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development
Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a safe learning environment

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Degree in Science or a related subject
Experience teaching Science at secondary level, preferably in an alternative provision or similar setting
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to ongoing professional development
