Area to be covered: Ireland

Remuneration: €50,000 Neg. + up to 40% Bonus

The role of the A&D Specification Sales Manager - Bathrooms will involve:

* Field sales position selling our clients mid-premium manufactured ranges of bathrooms

* 50% focussed on winning specifications with architects and interior designers A&D and regional housebuilders/ private housing developers

* 50% managing relationships with sub contractors/ installers, contract merchants and independent retailers

* Working in conjunction with two well established dedicated field sales professionals that manage retailers, distributors and merchants in northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland

* Assisting the Irish team of three grow existing revenue over the next 3-5 years from £5m to £10m

* Predominantly new business development role

* Typical projects sizes can vary from £25,000-£50,000

* Projects include; private developments, luxury houses, small hotels etc.

* Once established you will be expected to attend lunch & learn or CPD meetings

The ideal applicant will be an A&D Specification Sales Manager - Bathrooms with:

* Field sales experience within the associated KBB market, ideally bathrooms

* May consider other interior building products with contacts within architects and interior design or regional housebuilder

* A&D architect and interior design or regional housebuilder specification field sales experience

* Interior building product backgrounds such as; fabrics, flooring, tiles, paint, bathrooms etc. may be considered

* Entrepreneurial self starter

* Autonomous in approach

* Excellent communicator

* Good presentation skills
