Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team, driving performance and collaboration
- Own budgeting, forecasting & financial oversight for UK business operations
- Deliver commercial insights & strategic planning to drive growth and profitability
- Partner with internal and external senior stakeholders, including Director level
- Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure success of commercial strategies
What You'll Need - Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business
- Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Strong background in commercial sector is essential
- Excellent stakeholder management & the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams
